For NGOs & project developers

Bring your project online — listed, verified, funded.

NaturePort connects projects with corporate and private funders — two ways: NGOs list nature and conservation projects and receive donations with automatic § 50 receipts. Project developers bring climate projects online as tokenized, satellite-monitored CO₂ credits. Either way, you see every project and all revenue in one dashboard.

Two ways onto the platform

Donations for NGOs. Credits for project developers.

For NGOs
Donation projects — nature & conservation

List your nature and conservation projects and receive donations from companies and individuals. § 50 EStDV donation receipts are generated automatically for every donation; corporate donors get their compliance evidence (CSRD / ESRS E4) from the platform — you never issue a single receipt yourself.

  • Nature, species & habitat protection projects welcome
  • Automatic § 50 donation receipts
  • Corporate and private donors on one platform
  • No exclusivity — keep all your existing channels
For project developers
CO₂ credits — tokenized & satellite-monitored

Bring your climate projects online as tokenized credits. Every project area is continuously satellite-monitored (Sentinel / NDVI), every credit is issued and retired on-chain — the structural answer to double-counting and zombie certificates. Companies buy across projects and retire directly.

  • ISO-certified certificates from sustainably managed forests
  • On-chain issuance & retirement
  • Automatic monitoring over your real polygon
  • B2B marketplace with corporate buyers
In three steps

How onboarding works

Step 1
Bring your organisation & project online

In-app onboarding wizard: organisation data, register extract, project story and gallery. Carbon projects additionally define their project area (polygon/GeoJSON/KML), methodology/standard and vintage. ~30 minutes.

Step 2
Verification (KYB)

We verify your organisation: register extract, beneficial-owner identification, bank account (Stripe-verified). NGOs additionally provide their non-profit status to issue § 50 donation receipts. No trustee constructs.

Step 3
Live & funded

Once approved, NGO projects receive donations with automatic receipts, carbon projects are satellite-monitored and offered as tokenized credits in the B2B marketplace. Every project and its revenue in one dashboard.

Why NaturePort

What you get out of the box

Donations from companies & individuals

NGO projects — nature & conservation — receive one-time and recurring donations. § 50 EStDV receipts go out automatically with every donation; corporate donors get their compliance reports from the platform.

Automatic satellite monitoring

Every project with a boundary is continuously monitored via Sentinel (NDVI) over its actual polygon. Verifiable, not just claimed — and visible on the public project page.

Tokenized — no double-spending, no zombie certificates

Credits are issued and retired on-chain. Each tonne is sold once and provably retired — the structural answer to double-counting and recycled, never-cancelled certificates.

One dashboard for all projects & revenue

As a project developer — or NGO — you see every project, its monitoring, its sales and your payouts in a single dashboard. No spreadsheets, no manual reconciliation.

Reach corporate buyers — and serve their reporting

Companies buy across projects, retire their emissions directly, receive their receipts and download CSRD/ESRS-E4-ready sustainability reports. You build none of that — it is the platform.

Receipts & payouts, automated

Credit invoices and § 50-EStDV donation receipts (for NGO donations) are generated automatically; payouts run via Stripe / SEPA. Fiat + crypto, one reporting flow.

Eligibility

Who can list a project

  • A real nature or climate-protection project (e.g. species protection, habitat protection, afforestation, reforestation, climate-adaptive forest management, forest protection, rewilding)
  • A registered organisation with register extract, beneficial-owner identification and a EUR bank account (Stripe-verified)
  • For NGOs, to issue § 50 donation receipts: recognised non-profit status (German AO § 52 or equivalent EU) + Freistellungsbescheid
  • For carbon projects: a defined project area (polygon / GeoJSON / KML) so we can satellite-monitor it
  • FPIC documentation if your project operates on community / indigenous land
Auditability

Traceable down to the hectare

Every donation verifiable — every habitat monitored.

Auditability isn’t a buzzword to us, it’s a precondition. We secure your contribution from three directions, so it lands exactly where it should.

01
Satellite
Habitat monitoring via Sentinel-2

For every protected area we automatically pull NDVI vegetation data from ESA’s Sentinel-2 mission. Changes — deforestation, fires, regeneration — are surfaced before anyone reports them on the ground.

02
Verification
Verified organisations, direct money flows

Every listed organisation passes a KYB check (non-profit status, commercial register, beneficial owners). Donations flow through our payment provider Stripe directly to the organisation; every donation receipt carries a SHA-256 hash for tamper detection.

03
Responsibility
Protection — even from our own data

We publish habitats, but never the precise whereabouts of individual animals. Galleries are EXIF-stripped, GPS tracks of individual animals stay with the NGO. To us, animal protection also means: no data trail that could be used against the animal.
